Add on GoodreadsHe’s strong and sweet and a tad overly neat.
Even with a mild case of OCD, Bryce Fielding is an outstanding fireman. As the eldest of ten siblings, he learned very early to make sense out of chaos. When a spark he thought might never return flickers, he knows he must do something about it.
She’s helpful and hopeful but not really social.
Large animal veterinarian, Harlow Landon, is more comfortable around her horses than people. Her dreams of a surgery and rehabilitation center on the property she bought from her neighbor are in peril. But when she meets a handsome fireman, her outlook on life becomes much brighter.
Will siblings, land disputes, and insecurity hinder the pair from fulfilling their dreams together?

“Am I being set up?” Bryce focused his gaze on his mother.
“What? She’s a young, single woman with a successful career. What is wrong with a mother wanting to give a son a little push.” Alice batted her eyes in attempted innocence.
“She’s right. You’re not getting any younger.” Hayden shrugged his shoulders.
“Not getting any younger?” He put Hayden in a headlock. “I’m not even thirty. I can still kick your ass.”
“Mom! Mom!” Hayden whisper shouted as if he couldn’t breathe while pulling on Bryce’s arm.
Bryce let go and then pushed his brother off the couch.
“In all seriousness,” Cyn spoke up. “What did you think of her?”
“She’s nice. She’s good at her job. Loves animals. Obviously, she’s attractive.”
“But?” his father asked.
“No but. I wasn’t sure if she was single, but since you all have done that research for me, I’ll ask her out.”
“Yes! You owe me ten bucks.” Cyn kissed her boyfriend on the cheek.
“Oh, God. Is this how it’s going to be?” Bryce asked his sister as Declan handed her some money.
“You got to manage my love life when you scared the piss out of Declan. Don’t you think it is fair that me and Fiona get to do the same?”
His other sister, Fiona, was as much of a meddler as Cyn was. He could see her getting back at him since she learned that all the Fielding boys interviewed the girl’s boyfriends at the start of their relationships.
“Fine. Give me a few dates before you all launch yourselves at her.”
Cyn and their mother both said yes at the same time. His father eloquently changed the subject away from their firstborn’s love life.
With pressure mounting, Bryce would need to come up with a spectacular first-date idea. If he didn’t, he’d never hear the end of it from his nosey sisters.
